Egg-Hamlet

The project started to emerge at the Arnolfini Gallery Bristol. The first

instalment comprises photos, an installation and a video with the ”To be, or

not to be” monologue of Hamlet. egg-Hamlet is me. It is Hamlet in his

egg waiting for an idea to bring him to life. The egg is a potential life and to

come to life it needs someone’s thought. The inside of the egg can’t be seen

but is alive. The burden of Hamlet needs to resonate with others in other to be

seen.
